• • $30 Off Monthly Parking Promotion Eligibility: This promotion is available to new prospective residents who apply for an apartment home and execute (sign) their Housing Agreement within forty-eight (48) hours of submitting their completed application. Signing Requirement: The Housing Agreement must be fully executed within 48 hours of application submission to qualify. The 48-hour period begins at the time the completed application is submitted. Discount Details: Qualified residents will receive a $30 monthly discount applied to their parking addendum/parking agreement for the duration of their initial lease term. Parking Addendum Required: Resident must sign a parking addendum and comply with all community parking policies. Discount applies only to standard parking spaces and does not apply to premium, reserved, or specialty parking unless otherwise stated. Lease Term: Promotion applies to the initial lease term only and does not automatically renew. Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another resident, future lease term, or combined with other parking promotions unless explicitly approved in writing by management. Application Completion: Applicant must submit all required documentation and complete all screening steps in a timely manner. Delays caused by incomplete applications may disqualify eligibility. Availability: Offer is subject to parking availability and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice. Forfeiture: If the Housing Agreement is canceled, terminated, or breached prior to move-in, the promotion will be forfeited. Management Discretion: Management reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms and conditions.
